Since 2015 NIDISAL CARGO HAULIERS (PTY) Ltd has provided specialist freight solutions to a wide range of Industry’s within Southern Africa as well as across the borders of the African continent.

NIDISAL CARGO HAULIERS prides itself for efficient service delivery and harnessing the “Batho Pele” principal of putting people first.

The Company (NIDISAL) understands the complexity of the transport Industry along with its logistics sector, we understand that the customer is the heart of any business which has a ripple effect on service delivery outputs, cost efficiency and the business branding.

NIDISAL CARGO HAULIERS also prides itself by supplying their clientele with door-to-door delivery, same day local deliveries and long-distance distribution of up to 36 tons national & internationally.

Our service also includes import and export solutions by Air or Sea transportation.

The Company also has a sub-division that specialises in skills development and training for various sectors within the corporate, retail, broadcast, mining, transport / logistics, customer services industries. The skills development and training division core function is to create and up skill the employed and unemployed thus creating jobs within South Africa and in our communities. As a developing country with economic strife there is a skills gap in various sectors. NCH will govern the process of identifying the skills gap within client specific sectors, working with the client to close the required skills and knowledge gaps.

NCH Skills development and Training is a Johannesburg based training division of the company that provides an array of support services to different industries and organisations. We are also a consulting service that seeks to deliver solutions for all your organisational training and retention needs.

Our field of specialisation covers all Industries within SA as well International e.g., Workplace Readiness Development, Strategic business process and alignment, Industry skills and knowledge gaps, Learnerships, Grant applications, workplace skills plan and reporting based on the various Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) and on the new BBBEE skills development codes.  In Addition to this we also provide guidance, implementation and submissions of the Employment Equity Plan and Reports to the Department of Employment and Labour.

We pride ourselves in having the right partner relationships in the industry to retain common values and levels of excellence thus ensuring consistency in the passion with which we serve our clientele.

Our training schedules are determined by our clients’ varying business needs.

We have developed our Training/Skills Methodology for the corporate sector in such a way that they could be stretched over longer periods and fewer hours in the classroom in order to accommodate our clients’ staff productivity requirements in the workplace.

Upon discussion outcomes, Saturday training sessions are also an option and in some cases are optimal.

Programmes remain flexible to allow room for the least amount of interruption to clients’ normal business routine.
